Our surveys and reports provide a sound accurate analysis of your property in scope of ADA requirements. Our surveys also include cost estimates for any improvements that may need to be made.
For commercial real-estate, we offer Self Evaluations & Transition plans.
In compliment to every survey and report, we offer a transition or mitigation plan. This plan enables the business or property owner to limit their liability exposure, by creating a plan to remove any or all “Readily Achievable” barriers, within an affordable budget. This is beneficial because, if any complaints are made against your property or business, this gives you the ability to show an intent to comply.
As a licensed architectural firm, and now as a Certified Access Specialist, we have the ability to fulfill the California state requirements to certify in compliance any facility. This includes, for a state owned or leased facility, completing the required state RESD Access Compliance Form, and then completing the respective RESD Form G.
With every one of our ADA Surveys and Mitigation Plans, we offer to act as an expert witness.
If you ever get sued, we will work with any attorney as a part of your defense.
We offer a $150* walkthrough of any facility. This includes a brief survey and a verbal assessment of the property. This is great for commercial real-estate brokers looking at prospective ADA compliant properties.
